I enjoy shopping in stores and online, is there any benefit to you doing my shopping?
YES. We have a network of vendors, stores and manufacturers only accessible to the trade. As a professional design company we also have established relationships with a network of retail stores including, but not limited to, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and Wayfair.

I have multiple homes, a retail store and business office. Are you able to work at each of my locations, even though they are located throughout the country?

What is a Certified Green Designer?
A designer who specializes in healthy and responsible eco-friendly materials and products with a focus on energy efficiency. Through integrated green design, PEEL Interiors will evaluate and incorporate a Green plan that meets your needs.

Who should use a Home Staging service?
Anyone who currently has their property on the market or is planning on listing their property. The cost of staging a home is significantly less than your first price drop. Staged properties stand out amongst the competition and appeal to buyers.

Who should use an Interior Decorating service?
Anyone with a residential, retail and/or commercial space that is looking for a change is a potential client.

Do I need to be present when PEEL Interiors is working?
YES and NO. You need to be present for the onsite consultation. If you sign-on for Decluttering & Organizing you will be part of the process as we do not want to eliminate anything without your consent. We can work independently during organization, staging, decorating, packing and moving. For Real Estate Consulting we could accompany you with your Agent/Broker or accompany your Agent/Broker.

What is a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist (CRTS)?
A service provider who specializes in move management and transition services. We work with clients who are interested in remodeling, aging-in-place and senior relocation.

What is Move-out/Stage-In?
A move management process developed by PEEL Interiors that focuses on downsizing, upsizing, same-sizing and right-sizing. From your current space to your new space, we have you covered.

Why are you members of trade organizations?
As a full service lifestyle company that delivers concierge-level service, we are committed to maintaining professionalism and adhering to standards of codes and ethics and ongoing training.

Who are your clients?
We work with homeowners, renters and business owners, basically anyone looking to streamline their interior living and/or work environments. We also work with Real Estate Agents & Brokers and Architects & Builders.

What type of payments do you accept?
Credit card information will be taken to reserve your appointment time. We accept cash, checks and credit cards on the day of service. Services should be paid at the end of each session, you will be provided with an onsite invoice. Pre-paid packages and gift cards are non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?
You MUST cancel or reschedule a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations received within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, will be billed 100% of the scheduled session. If you are using a pre-paid package or gift certificate, time will be deducted from the remaining hours.

Will you call to confirm?
YES. While it is expected that all clients call the office to reschedule appointments in a timely fashion, we will provide reminder phone calls 72-hours before scheduled appointment for all services.

Who is a good candidate for a PEEL Interiors’ gift certificate?
ANYONE from a loved-one to a co-worker would appreciate the variety of services we offer. Whether a residential or commercial environment: anyone selling their property, moving, setting-up a new property for the first time (think newlyweds, recent grads, college students), families, empty nesters and transitioning seniors would benefit.

Does it make sense for a Real Estate Agent or Broker to buy gift certificates?
YES. A PEEL Interiors’ gift certificate is the perfect closing gift for both your buyers and sellers.
